The Getty Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization number and confirm your item's eligibility.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original receipt or packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label or address the package to our fulfillment center, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
